At HostifyBD, we strive to provide the best hosting services. However, if you’re not satisfied with our services, we offer the following refund policy:

1. Monthly Packages
   If you are on a monthly hosting plan, you can request a full refund within 24 hours of your initial purchase. After 24 hours, no refund will be issued for monthly subscriptions.

2. Yearly Packages
   For yearly hosting plans, you are entitled to a refund of up to one month’s fee if you cancel within 30 days of your initial purchase. No refund will be issued after the first 30 days.

Refund requests can be made by contacting our support team via email at support@hostifybd.com. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
